2AM Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At 2AM, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't fit right or feel right, our return process is designed to be quick, easy, and worry-free.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by a valid order number

How to Start a Return

We use Shopify Self-Serve Returns paired with EasyParcel QuickReturn for a smooth experience:

1. Visit your order confirmation email or log in to your account.
2. Click 'Start a Return' to access the return portal.
3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the steps.
4. You'll receive a return label powered by EasyParcel (if eligible).

Return Shipping Costs

1. Our Commitment (2AM Covers Shipping)

Should the return be necessary due to a fault in our process, 2AM will cover the full cost of return shipping. This applies if you receive a product that is:

  • Defective: The item has a structural fault or quality issue.
  • Wrong Product: The size or color differs from your original order confirmation.

2. Customer Initiated (Logistics Contribution)

If the return is initiated due to Personal Choice (e.g., change of mind, aesthetic preference, or deciding to select a different model), a small logistics contribution fee will be applied to facilitate the return processing:

  • From West Malaysia (Peninsular): RM 6.00
  • From East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM 10.00

This logistics contribution will be deducted directly from your final refund amount. This ensures we maintain the highest standard of service and processing for all returned products.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your item(s), you'll be notified via email.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) paid during the initial checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. size or color), please initiate a return and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging or tags
