2AM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to 2AM, operated by Evergrow (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1303919-M), registered in Malaysia with offices at 15-2, Jalan Equine 10D, Taman Equine, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at https://2am3d.com/. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL

  • These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

  • Prices are listed in MYR and may be subject to taxes and shipping.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Domestic and international shipping available. Rates appear at checkout.

  • 2AM covers return shipping only for shoe purchases. For other items (e.g., socks, merchandise), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive the return.

  • Email 2am.nightbreaker@gmail.com to initiate a return.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content and product designs are owned by Evergrow (M) Sdn Bhd.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Handled in accordance with the Malaysian PDPA. See full Privacy Policy for details.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes are resolved in Malaysian courts.

By sharing your number, you agree to receive WhatsApp updates and promotions. Reply “STOP” to opt out.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

By tagging @shop.2am or using our hashtags, you grant us a license to share and display your content across our platforms. Contact 2am.nightbreaker@gmail.com for content removal.

11. PHOTO & VIDEO DISCLOSURE

User-submitted visuals may be used in marketing. You retain ownership.
